Shipping

OneClickTires ships everywhere in the continental United States.

Orders are:

  • Shipped within 24 hours (except holidays and weekends),
  • After the availability of items is verified and payment cleared,
  • Tracked using carrier's website with tracking number that will be sent in an email to you.

45 Day Return/Exchange policy

  • Tire(s) must not have been mounted on wheels.  Only unmounted tires can be returned/exchanged.
  • Tire(s) must be in BRAND NEW CONDITION.  No Exceptions.
  • Must request within 45 calendar days of the order delivery date.
  • All sales are final on the 46th calendar day after the order delivery date.

To return a tire order, please include all of the following either in an email to info@oneclicktires.com or fill out the contact form for returns here »:

  • Your name, address, state, zip code and phone number.
  • The tires you purchased and the order number.
  • The reason you want to return the tires.

We will then email you a return authorization number (RA).  Only returns with RA numbers can be accepted.

Once you receive the RA (Return Authorization) number:

  • Safely package items
  • Print Return Authorization (RA) # clearly on the packaging*
  • Purchase shipping and
  • Purchase shipping insurance.
        *NOTE: The Return Authorization (RA) # must be clearly marked on the packaging for Oneclicktires.com to receive the tires.

There is a 10% restocking fee charged for all returns/exchanges.

For refused orders, the buyer will be refunded the cost of the products less charges for shipping both ways and a 10% restocking fee.

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Items damaged or lost during the return shipping process,
  • Partial order refunds,
  • Tire(s) not in Brand New Condition,
  • Damaged tires(s).

Any returned items determined by OneClickTires.com to be in any of the above conditions will be returned to the customer with no refund issued.

Warranty policy

Merchandise is covered by a manufacturer's warranty and extended at the time of sale to the purchaser.   We will be happy to assist in obtaining fulfillment of a manufacturer's warranty.   Contact info@oneclicktires.com if you need our assistance.

Other than applicable manufacturers' warranties, there are no warranties, express or implied, including any warranty of merchant ability or fitness for a particular purpose.
